Templates for packages can be a good idea. I think it isn't just IDE work, but it would be nice.
For example my topic is nonlinear control theory. If I can create Templates (maybe some kind of Wizard), where users can just select the method what he/she wants, like MRAC controller for MIMO systems, 2 order system, and the Wizard set up a julia file with a necessary control parameters, created kinematic block, linked controller type, populated simulation circle, and figures section. The user has to be fill just the exact and the approximate model (in that case the reference model) and tune the parameters.
